There’s something deliciously naughty about planting peas amongst the petunias.

You might get caught but hey, what are they going to do? make you do community service planting stuff ?

The aim of Incredible Edible Todmorden is to make a real difference, to engage the whole community in food growing, and using local food. Mobilising the worried leftish middle classes is not enough. We use food as a tool because everybody relates to it. We avoid big words, simple ideas are more effective. Who does not understand that Africans should eat African food and we should eat food grown here?
We grow food to share in our town centre as propaganda, sharing the land too, with permission, or without!

This is less of a workshop, more a conspiracy. Wear black.
